The New England Chapter of the Community Associations Institute is a vital resource to community association members, Board members and property managers in 5 of the 6 states in New England: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.  [Connecticut has its own Chapter.]

Each year, CAI-NE holds an annual Expo and Conference in the Boston-area that attracts hundreds of association members, property managers, attorneys and other vendors.  Estimated attendance this year tops 500 people and is typically the single largest annual event for CAI-NE.

Aside from exhibitors, CAI-NE has a distinguished list of presenters to discuss legislative updates in the various states as well as other topics including “Insurance Dos and Don’ts” and “Financial Management Strategies”.
